Souq: Multi-vendor Marketplace

The challenge

Sellers were fragmented across social channels, with manual order handling, no unified checkout and no catalogue search worth using.

Our solution

We designed a headless marketplace with vendor onboarding, split payments, Arabic-first search and a seller analytics console, deployed on autoscaling cloud infrastructure.
